He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Hulett and Rena Hulett. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Curd (Kevin) and Melissa Hulett; his grandchildren, Avery, Emerson Curd, Chase, Tye and Levi Anderson; his siblings, Joe Hulett (Irene) and Janie Milner; his nephew Bill Milner; and his great-niece Emma Milner.
