He is survived by: his wife Mary Hill Kutz; his daughters, Dawn Kutz Allen (Ethan) and Ann Kutz Seely (Steve); and his grandchildren, Andrea Mauer (Sam), Erin Simpson, Pete Allen (Tucker), Adam Seely, Elizabeth Dragoo (Tucker), John Simpson (Kristan), Patterson Allen and Daniel Allen.
