She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Harrell and Lawrence "Mac" Harrell. She is survived by: her children, Lori Percival Duncan (Bill Duncan) and Eddie Dean Percival (Jenifer Percival); her brother Lawrence "Larry" Harrell (Jana Harrell); and her grandchildren, Mandy, Sheena, Jake, Trevor and Jade. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
