She is survived by: her husband Perry Merle Fields, Jr.; her brothers, Herb Carner and John Carner; her sisters-in-law, Charlene Fields, Deanna Carner, Jo Carner and Diane Carner; her nephew Perry Merle Fields, III (Cory); her daughter Mischa Renee Owens (Jeff Owens); her grandchildren, Taylor, Sheridan Clifton, Colton Fields, Dalton, Madi King, Jeffrey Owens and Jordan Sims; her great grandchildren, Brooks, Cole, Emilia, Ellerie Clifton, Jeffrey Owens, III and Cooper King; and her nieces and nephews, Grant Carner, Jerry Fields Jr., Rhonda Smith, Rhonda Young, Lisa Babeon, Sue Vote, Paula Fish, Judy Fields-Coday and Melissa Fields-Herndon.
