She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Skaggs and Delia I. Skaggs; her husband Kenneth L. Willard; her sons, Kenneth R., Glen R. and Charles E. Willard; and her siblings, Joseph O. Skaggs, Gertrude I. Skaggs, Mary Skaggs and Charlene R. Hood (Skaggs).
She is survived by: her brother Jesse Skaggs (Joanne); her children, Gerald Willard (Glenda), Leonard Willard (Jennifer) and Ruth (Willard) Croy (Jeff); and her daughters-in-law, Deanna Willard and Ginna Willard. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Church of the Nazarene (7301 S Walker Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73139). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the Williams Timberhill Cemetery.
