He is survived by: his wife Letitia Smith (Colbert); his sons, Charles Smith and Stephen Smith (Janis); his daughter-in-law Fiona Collins; his grandchildren, Major Tiffany Levine, MD (Eric), Josh Smith (Sabrina), Stacy McKinnis (Nat), Mandi Kaiser and Ryan Cooner; his great grandchildren, Harvey, Sami and Scarlett; and his sister Eva Pearl Norton. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (8701 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73162).
