Rizley; his grandmothers, Alice J. Foor-Eakle and Georgia D. Taylor; his stepgrandparents, Albert Keith, Sharon K. Rizley, Ray Taylor and Dr. Jeanne Akin; and his aunts and uncles, Col. Patrick M. Foor, Teresa Foor, Jason Hamilton, Kevin and Rebecca Rizley. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
