It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie Smart of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Sylvester and Bessie Laurene Hampton (Wilson); her spouse Jerry Lee Smart of Hardesty; her son Anthony Wayne Wagoner; and her brothers, Lesley, Odell, Odean and Tim Hampton.

She is survived by: her son Jessie Lymon Wagoner; and her sister Martha Lewis (Gayle) of Oklahoma City.
