He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Gene Hulsey and Naomi Kathryn Hulsey; his siblings, Robert Denzil Hulsey, William Dee Hulsey and Karen Denise Kaufman; and his niece Kajan Jurie Hulsey.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his stepson Joshua Woods; his close friend Gene; and his siblings, Cathy and David. He is also survived by many nieces, great-nieces, and nephews.
