He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Gene Miller Sr. (Elaine); his son Josh Miller; his brother Jay Dee Miller (Jay Bird); and his aunts and uncles, Steve Gann, Pat, Nancy Hogan (Weegie) and Mike.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Miller Uffen (Gann); his sister Cindy Hibbs (Rex Phipps); his wife Terry Effinger; his children, Bobby Gene, Keri Anne, Krystal Miller and Nicole Hibbs (Chance); his grandchildren, Joshua, Kali, Kloe, Hunter, Ayden, Kingston, Londyn, Kyvory, Malakye and Karmyn; his niece Chelsi; and his nephews, Jeremy and Chris. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Sheppard's Chapel Church, 102 8th Ave NE, Gravette, AR 72736 and/or Shriners Children's, ℅ Office of Philanthropy 2900 N Rocky Point Dr, Tampa, FL 33607, in Bobby's memory are preferred by the family.
