We announce the death of Carlotta Smith of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 79. Carlotta will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie McCauley and Pearlie Smith; her siblings, Nathaniel, Emma, Jean, Lonnie, May, Ted, Joyce, Claude, Selser and Pearlie Mae; and her granddaughter Erica.
She is survived by: her spouse O'Neal Smith Sr.; her stepchildren, O'Neal, Brian, Necoal and Rita; and her children, Angela and Mario. She is also survived by twenty-five grand children, fifty-three great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, a host of many other family members and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Pollard F. H. (1201 N Martin Luther King Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73117). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Glory Bound Ministries (10311 NE 41st St, Spencer, OK 73084).
