He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie W. Harris and Lucile Harris; his wife Jessie Johnson; and his son Charles Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Bailey and Marsha Payne. He is also survived by three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
