He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd L. Johnson and Effie Cleo Johnson (Calloway). He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Conrad; his sister Betty L. McNutt (Charlie McNutt); and his sisters-in-law, Brenda (Joseph Nowlin) and Jennifer (Allen Hollas). He is also survived by six nephews, one niece, three great nephews, three great nieces, family and friends.
