He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Charles and Dorlious M Lewis (Moyer); his wife Maytha Louise; and his half-sisters, Christine Easley, Wanda Lane and Shirley Zink.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Lewis (Beverly), Michael D. Lewis (Helen) and Patricia Seitz; his brother Joe Don Lewis (Coleta); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jennifer, Sara, Amanda and Amy; and his great grandchildren, Mackinzie, Mackinlie, Blake, Maddie, Emma, Becca, Gus, Sam, Porter, Mason and Colton.
