He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his sons, Chuck Westerheide, Jr. (Virginia), Eric Westerheide, John "Bunkie" Westerheide and Patrick Westerheide (Natalie Lyng); his grandchildren, Ava, Ellie, Sophia, Harper, Jack and Charles "Chip"; his brother Joe Westerheide; his sister-in-law Julie; his sister Nancy Edwards; his nibling Tobi Young; his brother Steve Westerheide; his sister-in-law Pam; his brother Chris Barrington; and his daughter Gretta.
