She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Rutledge and Cornelia Grace Rutledge (Tapp). She is survived by: her children, Debbie Drake (Mike Drake) of San Antonio, Texas, Ken Smith (Leah Smith) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Lea Dawn Assink (Dale Assink) of Plattsmouth, Nebraska; and her brother-in-law Marcel Normand of Pittsburg, Kansas. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and numerous family and friends.
