He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Johnston (Diana) of Lewiston, ME and Jordan Johnston (Heather) of Oklahoma City, OK; his brother Marlon Johnston (Maryanne) of Wichita, KS; and his caregiver Sandra Bradford of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three nieces, and many cousins.
