He was predeceased by: his parents, Tollie Harner and Irene Harner (Lattie). He is survived by: his wife Elsie Ann Drabek; his children, Connie McGowen (Stephen) of Moore and David Harner (Brittanie) of Las Vegas, Nevada.; his grandchildren, Lori Gourley (Tim), Ryan McGowen, Madison Watts (Drew) and Collin Harner; and his great grandchild Mason Gourley. He is also survived by his four brothers, four sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
