“He was a sweetheart. He seemed to know everyone I had the of pleasure meeting him a few years ago at the courthouse he was always polite. I did not own a pair of boots. He teased me about that and when I got a pair to make sure, I only bought them to him never did get the boots. That was one regret and I pray for his family and loved ones.”
