She was predeceased by: her parents, William Calvin and Susie Isabell Curtis (McDaniel); her husband Roy Lee Phillips; her daughter Carolyn Sue Phillips; her granddaughter Tina Lee Werner; her great grandchild Sherry Nicole Werner; and her siblings, Roy, Earnest, Arden, Lester, William "Bill" James, John "Bodie" Curtis and Ruby Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry L. Werner (Russell) and Reverend Bill Phillips (Jenny); and her grandchildren, Tonya Werner, Angeleta Rodrigues, Jaime Phillips and Robin Phillips. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren & her extended family.
