She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Raffety and Janet Sutherland Raffety; and her sister Mary Glenn Stephenson. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hulse (Blackwell); her sons, Jeremy (Michelle Hulse), Blake (Darcey Hulse), Creighton (Amanda Hulse) and Trent (Jill Hulse); and her brother Mick (Carolyn Raffety).
To honor Connie's giving spirit, memorial contributions may be made to Loaves and Fishes or the Enid Community Clinic, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodian of the funds.
