He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his parents, Charles Walter Troyer and Mildred Caroleta Troyer (Gregory); his brother Walter "Lee" Troyer; and his grandson Matthew Troyer Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda Powell of McLoud, OK and Tim Troyer of McLoud, OK; and his siblings, June Garland, Peggy Smith and Patrick Troyer. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; along with numerous other family and friends.
