David left this world on May 24, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Burdue and Gracie Burdue. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Karen, Alan Black of Waxahachie, TX, Linda Bourdeaux of Nashville, TN and Ken Burdue of Moore, MT; and his siblings, Betty (David Turner) and Glen (Patricia Burdue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
