He is survived by: his sons, David Dawkins Jr., Mike Dawkins and Mark Dawkins (Suelynn); his grandchildren, Ryan, Madison, Sylvia, Caleb, Michael and Katie; his siblings, Jerry Dawkins (Rosie), Claudia Young and Mary (David Bateman); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Smith and Linda Ashlock. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
