It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Desanky Hamman (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 23, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ira D. Hamman; Alta Mae. He is survived by: his wife Barbara June Staten; his children, Carl Hamman (Carol) of Oklahoma City, OK, Alan Hamman (Jane) of Butler, PA, Stanley Hamman (Matt Payne) of Woodward, OK, Daniel Hamman (Carolyn) of Mt. Vernon, OH, Summer Hamman of Seattle, WA, Autumn Hamman of Chicago, IL and Winter Randive (Gaurav) of Oklahoma City, OK; his brother Ira Dee Hamman (Tammy) of Wadsworth, OH; Nathan Twyman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandkids, and great grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
