He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Stienblock and Esther Fedders; his sister Judy; his niece Kimberly; his nephew Ricky; and his great grandchild Brynnlee.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Sweeney; his daughters, Kathy Ryel (Brian) of Aline, Angel England (Eddy) of Fairview and Carrie Brinson (Matt) of Ringwood; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Ryan Taylor, Caleb French, Cade French, Bracen Ryel, Kayli, Michael Wheeler, Megan Ryel, Kila Hamen, Colt Hamen, Gracie Brinson, Logan Brinson and Trenton Brinson; and his great grandchildren, Emmalee, Kynnlee, Hunter Ray Taylor, Nolyn and Emrie Wheeler.
