He is survived by: his significant other Ann McCaslin; his children, Sheila Woodward of Oklahoma City and Chad Woodward of Moore; and his grandchildren, Ryan Woodward, Justin Woodward, Raef Woodward and Halston Woodward. He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
