She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Laws; and her siblings, Stephen Laws, Kevin Souders, Dwayne Palmer, Chester Callen and Beth Souders.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Williams; her father Albert C. Laws; her stepmother Karlene Laws; her daughters, Diana Gay and Donna Castleberry; her siblings, Mindy Lectner, Renee Cloud, William Souders, A. Charles Laws, Timothy Laws, Jeffery Laws and Richard Laws; and her grandchildren, Deborah Grace Castleberry, Aaron Castleberry, Caleb Castleberry, Troy Gay and Brennan Gay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, spiritual children, and friends.
