She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Raines and Billie Raines (Moore); her brother Donnie Raines; and her daughter Ashley Flippo. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Melvin; her children, Cali Melvin, Donny Melvin, Miken Melvin, Courtney Fulliming, Alisha Melvin, Amy Hover, Jerry Flippo, Tim Flippo and Timothy Melvin, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jocelyn Perez, Aviana Sofia, Robert Winn and Elizabeth Fulliming; and her siblings, O. J. Raines (Mary), Danny Raines and Stephanie Clonts. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Capitol Hill Assembly of God (2400 W I-240 Service Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73159).
