She was predeceased by: her mother Jo Anne Gay (Walker); and the father of her children Michael Parks. She is survived by: her father Roland Gay; her stepmother Jerri Gay; her daughters, Michaela Anthony (Rowdy) of Edmond and Lindsey Lindsay (Justin) of Mustang; her grandchildren, Hudson Lindsay, Beckett Lindsay, Paige Anthony, Abby (Matt Sanabria) and Jordan (Alexandra Anthony); her daughter Madeline; and her brothers, Larry (Suzie Gay) of Duncan and Robert (Janet Gay) of Duncan. She is also survived by her aunt, nephews, nieces, and many cousins.
