He is survived by: his wife Judy J. Bonham; his children, Susan McDaniel, Kaye Barger (Kirk), David Schuldt (Cathy), Danny Bonham and Kevin Bonham; and his brother Roger Bonham. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
