He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Mills (Allen) and Charles Mills; and his brother Chuck Mills. He is survived by: his son Brandon Jarrell (Andrea); his grandchildren, Lincoln and Boomer Jarrell; his sister Kimberly Waller (Sean); and his nieces, Jessica and Ashley Waller.
His best and biggest contribution to society was his son, Brandon.
