Dovie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Dovie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Dovie will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston C. Trench and Bertie Mae Furrh Trench; and her husband Leo F. Kaspar. She is survived by: her daughter Joanna; her son-in-law Lester LaPorte; her grandson James (Christine LaPorte); her brother Winston (Nancy Trench); and her sister-in-law Jeanne Kaspar Robertson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church (7336 W Britton Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73132).
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, the Salvation Army, or Catholic Charities.
