She was predeceased by: her parents, Murrie Belveal and Martha Belveal; and her brothers, LeRoy Malloy, Kenneth Malloy and Robert Ray Belveal.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Creager (Cyndi) of Oklahoma City and Karen Powell (Mel) of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, Tiffany Powell Day of Tulsa, OK and Nicholas Powell of Tulsa, OK; her great grandchild Jackson Frank Day of Tulsa, OK.; and her husband Frank Creager.
