She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Horne of Oklahoma and Dawna Eppert of Ohio; her grandchildren, J. J., Stephanie and Tiffanie; her great grandchildren, Haven, Tanner, Dylan and Wyatt; her friend Terry; and her brother-in-law Dennis.
