She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamy S. Shadid and Dorothy Tayar Shadid; her husband Elmer M. Deeba; her sister Cherene; her brother-in-law Clyde Clark; her brother Dr. Nabeal Shadid; her siblings-in-law, Lorene Deeba Farha, Mitchell Shanbour and Andy Kraker; her brother Phil; her sister-in-law Katherine Shadid; and her nephew Richard Kraker.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Williams (Steve), Michael Deeba, Stacey Naifeh (George) and Terri Kakish (Nick); her grandchildren, Barrett Naifeh and Anna Kakish; her sister Linda Shadid Shanbour; her sisters-in-law, Carol Shadid and Gloria Kraker; her brothers, Roger and Dr. Floyd; and her sister-in-law Janelle Rashid. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Flowers That Do Not Wither" Fund at St. Elijah Orthodox Christian Church.
