He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Murphy and Cleo Ann Murphy (Chambless); his wife Delma Lemmons; his children, Pamela "Pam" Myers (Dale) of Excelsior Springs, MO, Daniel "Danny" Murphy (Korrine) of Harrah, OK, Summer Holman (Colin) of Nicoma Park, OK and Donald "Matt" Grice (Caroline) of Choctaw, OK; and his siblings, Etta Sue Garner of Shawnee, OK, Bonnie Glover of Macomb, OK, Kathy Crabb of Shawnee, OK, Bobby Murphy (Christy) of Oklahoma City, OK and Roy Murphy (Marilyn) of Nicoma Park, OK. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
