It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred Hoffman (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Hoffman and Anna Lue Hoffman (Lehman); his brother Mike Hoffman; and his son Fred Hoffman, III. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Duffy Hoffman; his daughter Jenny Schultz (Chris); his grandchildren, Joseph, Catherine, James and John; his daughter Liz Metz (Greg); his granddaughters, Olivia and Amelia; and his siblings, David Hoffman (Lisa), Tom Hoffman (Ginger), Robert (Cathy), Marie Lee, Karen Hoffman, Cathy Hoffman and Duffy. He is also survived by sisters-in-law and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Eugene Catholic Church (2400 W Hefner Rd, The Village, OK 73120).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Eugene Catholic Church or Sister BJ's Pantry in honor of Fred's enduring love for faith and community.
