He is survived by: his parents, Navoy Skinner of Wanette and Connie Skinner of Oklahoma City; his child Harley Skinner (Jimbo Newsom) of Newcastle; his siblings, Allen Skinner of Purcell and Donna Carillo of Lexington; and his children, Maci Skinner of Lexington, Gary Skinner Jr. (Amanda Skinner) of Blanchard, David Skinner (Annie Skinner) of Marlow, Marisca Wells-Skinner of Purcell and Geneva Wells-Skinner of Purcell. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
