He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Hale and Gordon Hale. He is survived by: his sister Christy Wallace; his brother-in-law Dan Wallace; his niece Keli Elkins; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brett, Foster and Whitney; Julie Schue.
