He is survived by: his father-in-law Luke Frank; his former spouses, Karel Frank and Mari Jayne Kirk; his wife Christine Moore; his son Doug (Shelly); his grandchildren, Jesse (Rebecca), Megan (Tim Wahl), Chase and Lindsay; his son Jay (Kristi); his grandchildren, Brian (Stephanie), Mary Claire (Josh Offield) and Charlie; his son Craig (Erin); his grandchildren, Luke, Frances, Henry and Edward; his sister Dee Hessel; his nieces and nephews, Phil and Ashley; River and Lane.
