He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Levine and Shirley Levine (Bialock). He is survived by: his children, Alan and Wendy; his grandchildren, Danielle, Allie, Sabrina, Lauren and Cayden; and his siblings, Linda Abitz (Marty), Mark, Scott and Gary Levine (Mary Ann Phillips).
