He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sr. and Ruby; his siblings, Howard Maurice Jr., Victor Lee and Beverly Ann Smith; and his daughter Leah Langdon.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Ward (Robert Kincannon) and Robert Millar (Jaley); and his grandchildren, Brittany Smith, Alexander Ward, Caitlynn Ward, Shyler Griggs and Benjamin Millar.
The military honors was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (8701 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73162).
