He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Carl Botkin and Flossie Lois Botkin (Dodd); his sister Ella May Wood; and his brother-in-law Raymond Wood. He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Steven Wayne Botkin (Jill) of Oklahoma City, OK, Jacqueline Kay Botkin Horvath (Gary) of Yukon, OK, Scott Alan Botkin (Crystie) of Moore, OK and Kristi Diane Botkin Denwalt (Brent) of Piedmont, OK.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
