He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sullins; his children, Julie Breeden (Gary) and Jerry Sullins; his grandchildren, Chad Giddens, Staci Howie, Traci Giddens, Brant Breeden, Desiree Ross and Taylor Breeden; and his great grandchildren, Kali Giddens, Jordan Howie, Matthew Howie, Kendall Breeden, Avery Breeden, Barrett Ross and Wyatt Ross. He is also survived by loving extended family members and friends.
