With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Tack (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on July 24, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Tack, Sr.. She is survived by: her great grandchild Emma Hawkins; her children, John, Jim Jr. (Ginnie), Sara Tack Eidy (Gene) and Jill Ponce (Tim); her granddaughters, Madelaine Hawkins (Mike) and Meredith O'Neil (Patrick); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Grace, Whittaker Dean Hawkins, Arthur Tack and Llewyn Ross O'Neil. She is also survived by nieces and nephew and numerous friends.
