He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael LaVern and Dora Ann Rupp (Brooks); and his siblings, Verna Ann and Timothy Rupp. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Staggs (Sawyer); his children, Randall Staggs (Kelly), James B. Rupp (Nick), Jeremy Hornbuckle (Janna) and Amber Johnston (JD); his grandchildren, Madysen, Ethan, Kensley, Mercedes Staggs, Taylor, Jordyn Johnston, Jeron Johnston (Kate), Shayn, Lily, Mason Rupp-Mathews and Callen Hornbuckle; his brother Michael Rupp (Joann); his cousin Bubba Bearce (Letta); and his friend Dennis Sweat (Misty).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitt Funeral Home (4748 US-81, Duncan, OK 73533). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Marlow Cemetery (903 N Ash St, Marlow, OK 73055).
