Jane Lepak Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on July 5, 2025, at the age of 85, Jane Lepak (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Patterson and Mary Patterson; her husband Dr. Louis Lepak Jr.; her son Daniel Carl Theisen; and her former husband Brad Theisen.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Katherine "Kittie" McDonald (Randy), David Theisen (Cristi) and Chris Theisen (Catherine); and her stepchildren, Vince Lepak (Mary), Jason Lepak (Laura), Page Lepak and Father Brannon Lepak. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
