He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver McCoy and Lucille McCoy; his son John Randall Jr.; his in-laws, Vernon and Imogene Clawson; and his grandson Blake Allen Wallace Tucker.
He is survived by: his daughter April Michelle of Moore, Oklahoma; his wife Loretta McCoy; his children, Shawn Ann Newport of Oklahoma City, Stephanie Jones (Terry) of Moore, Aaron Tucker of Michigan and Cory Tucker (Erica) of Moore, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Timothy McCoy, Nancy (Raymond Walker), Brett (Lisa McCoy), Laura (Steve Holden), Patrick (Sue McCoy), Joseph (JaieLyn McCoy) and Michael (Rhonda McCoy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and three great-grandsons.
