She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alan and Mrytle Elizabeth Freeman; her stepfather Dale McCuan; her son Sean Smith; and her siblings, Willie Stokes, Opal Cargill, John Loyd Stokes, Ben McCuan and Wayne McCuan.

She is survived by: her husband Lewis Case; her son Rick; her daughter-in-law Stephanie of Guthrie, OK; her grandsons, Brendon Smith of Oklahoma City, OK, Jeremy Smith of Yukon, OK and Jakob Smith of Anchorage, AK; her great grandchildren, Nolan James Smith, Declan Rossi Smith and Gracelyn Noelle Smith; and her siblings, Mrytle Folsom of Ada, OK, Glenn McCuan (Susan) of Grand Prairie, TX and Joy Smith (Steve) of Oklahoma City, OK.
